Provider Negotiations
If Meridian is unable to secure a discount through our PPO network partners, we will attempt to negotiate a discount directly with the provider.

Our experienced staff negotiates discounts on unpaid claims. The key to successful negotiations is knowing the providers' contract experience. With Meridian's extensive database, we are aware of maximum discounts provided by the Hospital or Physician.Meridian obtains a signed agreement from the provider on all negotiated discounts. As soon as we receive the signed agreement, the results are immediately sent to our client so that a prompt payment can be initiated.

Meridian's goal is to provide our clients with the negotiation results within three to five business days. Since many providers are familiar with our organization, negotiation results can often be realized within the same day.
